Everything we sell is either grown by us or built by hand to order. Here's how returns work for each.

Plants & green roofs
Our plants are alive. We grow them on our farm in Lincolnshire and pack them carefully for the trip to you. Because they're living and perishable, we do not accept returns on plants or green roofs. That covers sedum, sempervivum, alpines, perennials, shrubs, trees, sedum mixes, plant packages, green roof trays and the green roof supplies sold with them.
Please check your plants as soon as they arrive, then unpack them straight away and give them a drink. It's normal for them to droop a little after travelling, and they usually pick up within a few days of planting.
Garden furniture & buildings
We make every carport, pergola, log store, bin store, bike store, bench, arbour and planter to order in our Metheringham workshop once you've placed your order. Because each piece is built for you, we do not accept returns on garden furniture or garden buildings.
If you've got questions about sizes, roof options or assembly before you order, just get in touch. We'll gladly help you pick the right piece.
If something isn't right
None of this affects your statutory rights. If anything arrives damaged, is faulty or isn't as described, contact us as soon as you can with your order number and a few photos. We'll put it right with a repair, replacement or refund, whichever is appropriate.
